Thank you for taking the time to visit my web-site. I'm Laura De Sesa, I'm the mother of three wonderful children Christopher, Nico and Terra. I have been married to my husband Roger for over 6 years and we live in the Los Angeles area. I have birthed both at home and in the hospital which has given me a deeper understanding of the birthing journey and a woman's birthing choices.
I have been supporting families as a doula for four years and I am certified through CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association). I support all types of birth preferences including HypnoBirthing, HypnoBabies, Birthing From Within, Bradley Lamaz and parents who decide not to take classes. I have worked with most hospitals around the LA, Ventura, Orange County, and Santa Clarita areas and I have developed great relationships with the staff, doctors and nurses. I also work with Birthing Centers and home birth Midwives. I am currently enrolled in a childbirth education certification program through CAPPA and look forward to teaching in my community.
